About The Position

Window Nation is seeking motivated Outside Sales Representatives to join their growing team. This role involves conducting in-home sales presentations for window replacement and home improvement solutions. This is a commission-based role with a focus on residential window replacement, and experience in similar home improvement sales is beneficial. The company offers a $5,000 sign-on bonus for candidates hired into specific training classes in 2026.

Requirements

High school diploma or equivalent
1+ years of customer-facing sales experience
Valid driver’s license and auto insurance
Ability and willingness to obtain or maintain a Michigan Residential Salesperson License within 90 days of start, if not already actively licensed
Must be authorized to work in the United States on a permanent basis without the need for current or future visa sponsorship.

Nice To Haves

1+ years in outside, commissioned, or in-home sales
Comfortable using iPad-based applications
Experience selling roofing, siding, home remodeling, HVAC, solar, or other home improvement solutions

Responsibilities

Conduct professional in-home sales presentations for window replacement and home improvement solutions.
Build trust with homeowners.
Recommend customized solutions based on customer needs and budgets.
Manage the full sales process from presentation to close and follow-up.
Deliver a best-in-class customer experience.
Travel to customer homes.
Deliver engaging presentations, provide written estimates, and complete documentation.
Maintain accurate CRM records and guide customers through financing and next steps.
