Stark Exterminators is looking to hire a highly motivated individual to fill a full-time Outside Sales Representative / Home Evaluator position. This role is ideal for someone who dislikes desk work and enjoys interacting with people, meeting new clients, and exceeding sales goals. Requirements

Valid driver's license
Physical ability to be on your feet and maneuver in crawl spaces in various weather conditions
Customer service experience
Knowledge of principles and methods for showing, promoting, and selling services
Basic math skills

Responsibilities

Meet new clients and work on prospective business deals.
Keep appointments as scheduled and perform prompt follow-up.
Build strong rapport and network with potential residential customers.
Survey, estimate, and counsel clients on their pest control options.
Perform home evaluations, which may involve crawling into tight spaces like attics and assessing damage.
Use sales skills to offer solutions, recommend appropriate services, and explain associated benefits honestly, clearly, and accurately.
Utilize a trained sales process to achieve success.
Conduct inspections and gain new customers.
