About The Position
Hibu is seeking an Outside Sales Representative with unlimited earning potential in a flourishing industry. This role offers uncapped commissions, a base salary, and full benefits. We provide best-in-class training to help you succeed and grow your career. Year 1 on-target earnings are between $90,000-$100,000, with the potential to earn more through uncapped commissions and monthly bonuses. Year 2 on-target earnings are projected between $105,000-$125,000. This is a hybrid sales environment involving both home office and in-field work, offering flexibility and work-life balance. Responsibilities
- Selling Digital Marketing solutions through a partnership selling model (Websites, Search Ads, Display Ads, Reviews & Reputation Management, Social Ads, and SEO)
- Cold calling business owners and prospecting within a designated territory to set appointments and conduct strong needs assessments
- Grow your own book of business by helping small businesses succeed and earn residual commissions for retaining your clients through strong account management
- Perform virtual and in-person presentations to prospects
- Build strong client relationships working within a wide variety of industries, making each day different!
