Outside Sales Representative
About The Position
Sales Focus Inc. is hiring Outside Sales Representatives in the Cincinnati area to represent Constellation Energy. This is in-person, B2B field sales where you will work your own territory, meet local business owners face-to-face, and show them how a fixed-rate energy plan from a Fortune 200 supplier protects them from rising rates. This is a full-time W-2 position with guaranteed base pay, and your income grows with your performance with no ceiling. The Outside Sales Representative is a dynamic and results-driven professional responsible for driving sales growth outside the typical office environment.
Requirements
- Self-starter who enjoys putting in a good day’s work
- Friendly & outgoing with an ability to quickly connect with others
- Motivated, ambitious, & relentless to get results
- Innovative & eager to put forth new ideas
- Flexible with the ability to react and adjust accordingly
- Willing to drive from business to business; must have reliable transportation and a valid Drivers License
Nice To Haves
- Outside sales experience & Energy knowledge preferred but not required
Responsibilities
- Meeting with decision makers and building relationships while offering industry leading energy services to their business.
- Provide decision makers with the necessary information needed for them to make an informed decision when choosing their energy provider.
