Signature Systems, Inc. is seeking a driven strategic sales and business development representatives to advance SSI’s market position. In this role, you will tap into your exceptional prospecting, problem-solving, and relationship-building skills to proactively uncover business owners’ wants and needs and show them how our products can enhance their company’s performance. Signature Systems, Inc. works with our customers to help them drive business results, achieving greater productivity, profitability, and growth through utilization of the best POS system on the market. Requirements
- POS experience highly recommended
- Working knowledge of CRM systems
- Self-motivated, self-reliant, and driven by lofty sales goals with a proven ability to meet/exceed quotas
- Ability to overcome obstacles
- Excellent relationship-building abilities with strong and dynamic verbal and written communication skills
- Results driven individual with entrepreneurial mindset and can-do attitude
- Must pass a pre-employment background screening
- A Bachelor’s degree in Business, Business Administration, or related field, OR Comparable record of sales experience required.
- At least two years of sales experience required.
- Prolonged periods of sitting at a desk and working on a computer
- Must be able to lift up to 15 pounds at a time
Responsibilities
- Prospect, qualify, and pursue new sales leads
- Cold call small to medium-sized businesses in person and over the phone
- Network with business owners
- Grow your sales through referrals
- Schedule meetings and presentations with prospects
- Track all sales activities in company CRM system and keep current by updating account information regularly
- Communicate customer and prospect product pain points to appropriate departments
- Maintain a well-developed pipeline of prospects
- Develop strong, ongoing relationships with prospects and customers
- Meet and/or exceed quotas
- Other related duties as assigned
Benefits
- $45,000-$50,000 salary with $80,000-$100,000 OTE
