About The Position

As a Surface Experts Outside Sales Representative, your job is to find and build relationships with customers who work in a variety of industries, including property management, hotels, construction, and facilities maintenance. Our services are unique, so it will be your job to educate and build a relationship with our customers. We are looking for someone who is not intimidated by walking into a construction trailer or leasing office, and who lives out our core values of Serving Others, Being a Problem Solver, and Trusting the Process. We are a small, fast-growing team and would love to have the right teammate join us in our next phase of expansion. Surface Experts is an all-inclusive surface repair service provider. We repair small damage to hard interior surfaces such as Floors, Countertops, Bathtubs, Cabinets, Appliances, Elevator Panels … Almost Everything!

Requirements

  • Goal-oriented, self-starter, coachable/teachable, ambitious, and energetic
  • Strong record of closing new business, preferably B-2-B sales
  • Enjoys working with people
  • Professional, caring and service-minded
  • Readiness to work with a metrics-based, process-driven sales team
  • Live in the Southwest Florida area

Nice To Haves

  • Bilingual English/Spanish a plus

Responsibilities

  • In the Field Daily
  • Meeting with contacts/customers at their location.
  • Following up phone calls, texts, and emails.
  • Visiting a variety of industries including Property Management, Hotels, Builders, etc.
  • Customer Relationship Development
  • Educating on Surface Experts capabilities and limitations
  • Earning the trust of our customers
  • Ensuring high levels of customer satisfaction
  • Brainstorming and researching new customer opportunities
  • Follow Sales Process
  • Memorizing sales scripts
  • Documenting sales activities in CRM; tracking a client from lead to Sale
  • Reporting data accurately daily/weekly
  • Planning and executing sales strategy for territory
