About The Position

Window Nation is seeking motivated Outside Sales Representatives to join their growing team. This role involves conducting in-home sales presentations for residential window replacement and home improvement solutions. A key requirement is holding or obtaining a Michigan Salesperson License within 90 days of starting, with the company covering license expenses.

Requirements

High school diploma or equivalent
1+ years of customer-facing sales experience
Valid driver's license and auto insurance
Ability and willingness to obtain or maintain a Michigan Residential Salesperson License within 90 days of start, if not already actively licensed

Nice To Haves

1+ years in outside, commissioned, or in-home sales
Comfortable using iPad-based applications
Competitive, goal-oriented, and resilient under pressure
Proven ability to exceed performance targets

Responsibilities

Conduct professional in-home sales presentations for window replacement and home improvement solutions
Build trust with homeowners across Detroit and surrounding metro areas
Recommend customized solutions based on customer needs and budgets
Manage the full sales process from presentation to close and follow-up
Deliver a best-in-class customer experience
Travel to customer homes (may require driving up to 80+ miles one way)
Deliver engaging presentations, provide written estimates, and complete documentation
Maintain accurate CRM records and guide customers through financing and next steps
