About The Position

Hibu is seeking an Outside Sales Representative with unlimited earning potential in a flourishing industry. This role offers uncapped commissions, a base salary, and full benefits. The company provides best-in-class training to help you succeed and grow your career. First-year earnings are projected at $110K–$120K with uncapped commissions and monthly bonuses, growing to $120K–$140K+ in the second year. A base salary of $65,000 is provided, along with various allowances and reimbursements to support field success, including auto allowance, cell phone & internet reimbursement, parking & tolls, and gas reimbursement. Total first-year fixed compensation is approximately $70K+, with additional variable reimbursement and uncapped commission upside. Allowances and reimbursements may vary by location and usage. The role involves selling Digital Marketing solutions through a partnership selling model, including Websites, Search Ads, Display Ads, Reviews & Reputation Management, Social Ads, and SEO. Responsibilities include cold calling business owners, prospecting within a designated territory, setting appointments, conducting needs assessments, growing a book of business, performing virtual and in-person presentations, and building strong client relationships across various industries.

Responsibilities

  • Selling Digital Marketing solutions through a partnership selling model
  • Websites, Search Ads, Display Ads, Reviews & Reputation Management, Social Ads, and SEO
  • Cold calling business owners and prospecting within a designated territory to set appointments and conduct strong needs assessments
  • Grow your own book of business by helping small businesses succeed and earn residual commissions for retaining your clients through strong account management
  • Perform virtual and in-person presentations to prospects
  • Build strong client relationships working within a wide variety of industries, making each day different!
