About The Position

Trulite is GROWING! We are looking for an Account Executive to support our Dallas, TX territory. The Account Executive manages the complete sales cycle, balancing new business development with the growth of existing customer relationships. This role requires a strategic approach, strong business acumen, and the ability to align customer needs with company solutions while consistently meeting revenue goals. The person in this role is a motivated and reliable sales professional who can manage multiple priorities and work independently. You are comfortable building relationships, handling customer conversations, and adjusting to changing business needs. You communicate clearly, protect confidential information, and follow through on commitments.

Requirements

  • MUST have recent architectural glass industry experience in sales
  • 1–3 years of outside sales experience in the architectural glass industry required; a blend of sales, estimating, and project management experience within the industry is also acceptable.
  • Bachelor’s degree in business, marketing, or a related field required
  • Strong understanding of pricing, margins, and profitability
  • Ability to manage a sales pipeline and forecast using CRM tools
  • Strong organization and time management skills
  • Clear verbal and written communication skills
  • Ability to negotiate and influence effectively
  • Results-driven mindset with the ability to meet revenue goals
  • Ability to handle confidential information professionally
  • Ability to travel extensively within the assigned territory, including overnight stays

Responsibilities

  • Manage the full sales cycle, including prospecting, customer meetings, negotiating, and closing sales
  • Grow existing customer accounts while developing new business opportunities
  • Build and maintain long-term customer relationships
  • Develop and execute territory sales plans aligned with corporate and regional goals
  • Monitor market conditions and identify growth opportunities
  • Maintain accurate CRM records, forecasts, and call reports
  • Deliver professional presentations to architects, contractors, and key decision-makers
  • Collaborate with Operations Leaders on project planning and execution
  • Support account collections when needed
  • Share best practices and collaborate with peers to support team success
  • Perform other duties as assigned
