About The Position

Hughes Exterminators is looking to hire a highly motivated individual to fill a full-time Outside Sales Representative position for commercial accounts. This role is ideal for someone who dislikes desk work, enjoys interacting with people, has a history of exceeding sales goals, and thrives on winning. Requirements

High school diploma or equivalent
Possess a valid Driver's License
Ability to pass and maintain any state regulatory agency required licensing/certification exams
Clean driving record and valid driver's license
Ability to work at least 40 hours per week
Physical ability to be on your feet and maneuver in crawl spaces in various weather conditions
Customer service experience
Proven Sales ability
Basic math skills

Responsibilities

Meet new clients and work on prospective business deals.
Keep appointments as scheduled and perform prompt follow-up.
Build strong rapport and network with potential commercial customers.
Survey, estimate, and counsel clients on their pest control options.
Perform property inspections to assess pest prevention needs.
Use sales skills to offer solutions, recommend appropriate services, and explain associated benefits.
Utilize a trained sales process to achieve success.
Work at new locations and adapt to varied daily tasks.
