About The Position

Omni Fiber is seeking an Outside Sales Representative to connect homeowners with high-speed fiber internet, voice, and TV services. This role involves face-to-face engagement, in-home consultations, and territory ownership to grow the customer base. Comprehensive training is provided for those without prior sales experience. The position supports the Ashland region, including Eaton, Greenville, London, Wilmington, and surrounding areas, with potential for territory shifts.

Requirements

Strong desire to succeed in a quota-driven sales role.
Valid driver's license, acceptable driving record, and minimum state-required auto insurance policy.
Ability to work independently and manage time efficiently.
A positive and outgoing demeanor with the confidence to approach potential customers and handle rejection professionally.
Familiarity with mobile devices such as iPads and mobile phones.
Use of a personal vehicle is required.
After traveling 50 miles roundtrip in your assigned territory, you will be reimbursed at the existing allowable IRS rate. Travel outside of your territory will also be reimbursed at the IRS rate per mile incurred.

Very competitive base salary and uncapped commissions with overall target compensation of $87,000-$105,000 per year.
