About The Position
Ridge Energy Savers is expanding and seeking a proven closer for a high-opportunity territory in Polk County & Surrounding Areas (Lake Wales Region). This is a 100% commission role designed for sales professionals who desire uncapped earning potential, are performance-driven, and can work independently. Top performers in this role generate $1.5M–$3M+ annually, leading to incomes of $150K–$300K+ with potential for growth. The position involves running company-provided leads, generating personal opportunities, conducting in-home consultations, closing premium standby generator systems, managing the full sales cycle, building referral networks, and maintaining a strong pipeline. Collaboration with operations for a seamless customer experience is also key. This role is field-based with high autonomy and accountability, requiring availability for 1-2 Saturdays per month.
