Success in this role requires managing sold projects and customer relationships, staying informed about customer product use and trends, visiting job sites, maintaining schedules, and effectively resolving issues. Proven sales strategies, commitment, and strong communication skills are essential. The compensation includes a base salary plus commission with uncapped earning potential.
