About The Position

Glo Fiber is seeking motivated individuals to join their team as Outside Sales Representatives. This role involves representing the Glo Fiber brand within the community by directly engaging with customers at their homes to promote high-speed fiber internet services. The position requires building relationships, guiding customers through service options, and managing an assigned territory independently. Requirements

• Goal-driven and motivated by performance-based earnings.
• Strong communicator who builds rapport easily.
• Resilient, self-motivated and able to work well independently.
• Consistently meet and exceed sales targets.
• Comfortable with a flexible schedule (evenings/weekends).
• Hold a valid driver’s license.
• Ability to travel within your territory.

Responsibilities

• Represent the Glo Fiber brand in the community.
• Connect directly with customers at their homes.
• Help customers connect to high-speed fiber internet.
• Build relationships with customers.
• Guide customers through their service options.
• Take ownership of an assigned territory.
• Work independently in the field.
• Engage in face-to-face customer interactions within the assigned territory.
• Identify customer needs and present Glo Fiber services.
• Grow the customer base.
• Meet sales goals through outreach and follow-up.
• Travel locally and work outdoors.
