As an Outside Food Sales Representative, you will cultivate relationships, develop new business, and provide innovative solutions to our customers, helping them to achieve their goals and, in return, yours! This position will reside in: Hollywood/Pembroke Pines, FL.

Requirements

High School Diploma/GED
1 year of prior sales, business, or food service experience
Maintaining a valid state driver's license and a safe driving record
Ability to obtain food safety certification

Nice To Haves

Bachelor's degree and/or culinary certificate

Responsibilities

Cultivate relationships, develop new business, and provide innovative solutions to customers.
Pursue new customers by researching industry and market trends, identifying and researching prospective customers, developing sales strategies, and presenting sales strategies.
Deepen and strengthen existing customer relationships by visiting customers regularly, conducting business reviews, providing ongoing training on product offerings, and identifying opportunities for growth.
Manage sales territory by balancing new customer acquisition and existing customer relationship management, coordinating visits, and communicating order status and updates.
Participate in sales training, including e-learning, classroom sessions, video roleplays, job shadowing, and peer sales representative mentorship.
