About The Position

Sila Services is looking for an experienced HVAC Sales/Comfort Advisor who can walk into a home, connect with the customer, understand what they need, and put together the right solution. We’ll bring you the opportunities — you bring the HVAC knowledge, personality, and ability to close! You’ll meet with homeowners, evaluate their heating and cooling needs, and sell complete HVAC solutions including furnaces, boilers, heat pumps, central AC, mini splits, and more. You’ll build options that make sense for the customer, explain the differences in a way they can actually understand, and help them feel confident about their decision. You’ll also manage your opportunities and follow-ups in ServiceTitan and work closely with our install and operations teams to make sure what you sell turns into a great customer experience.

Requirements

• HVAC or home services sales experience
• Understand residential HVAC equipment
• Track record of closing high-ticket in-home sales
• Comfortable with good/better/best options
• Comfortable with financing conversations
• Comfortable with follow-up
• Comfortable with selling complete system replacements
• Like people
