About The Position

Hibu is seeking an Outside Sales Representative with unlimited earning potential in a flourishing industry. This role offers uncapped commissions, a base salary, and full benefits. We provide best-in-class training to help you succeed and grow your career. Year 1 on-target earnings are between $85,000-$95,000, with the potential to earn more through uncapped commissions and monthly bonuses. Year 2 on-target earnings are projected between $100,000-$115,000. This is a hybrid sales environment, combining home office and in-field work, with a focus on selling Digital Marketing solutions through a partnership selling model. Solutions include Websites, Search Ads, Display Ads, Reviews & Reputation Management, Social Ads, and SEO. The role involves cold calling business owners, prospecting within a designated territory, setting appointments, and conducting needs assessments. You will grow your own book of business by helping small businesses succeed and earn residual commissions through strong account management. Responsibilities include performing virtual and in-person presentations to prospects and building strong client relationships across a variety of industries.

• Selling Digital Marketing solutions through a partnership selling model
• Websites, Search Ads, Display Ads, Reviews & Reputation Management, Social Ads, and SEO
• Cold calling business owners and prospecting within a designated territory to set appointments and conduct strong needs assessments
• Grow your own book of business by helping small businesses succeed and earn residual commissions for retaining your clients through strong account management
• Perform virtual and in-person presentations to prospects
