About The Position
Renuity Garage, a proud company of the Renuity family, is seeking an Outside Sales Representative. This role involves delivering interactive sales presentations on products and services to decision-makers at their homes. The position requires consistent effort and a positive attitude to meet sales goals, setting individual sales targets, tracking and reporting results, promoting company products and services, and developing, presenting, and negotiating sales contracts. Renuity Garage is a future-oriented home-improvement company focused on transforming garage floor finishes into functional spaces. They aim to provide homeowners with an exceptional experience using high-performance, locally manufactured garage coatings.
Requirements
- Must be self-motivated and results-oriented
- Exceptional customer service skills
- Ability to work evening and weekend appointments
- Ability to meet and exceed goals
- Work successfully without requiring close supervision
- A valid driver’s license and proven safe driving record

Nice To Haves
- In-Home Sales or Business to Consumer Sales experience
- Windows and Doors, bath remodeling, kitchen design, roofing, car sales, HVAC sales experience
