About The Position

This role is for an Outside Sales Representative in the flourishing digital marketing industry. Hibu offers best-in-class training for individuals with or without sales experience. The position provides a base salary with the potential for uncapped, residual commissions and monthly bonuses. Year 1 on-target earnings are around $102,000, with Year 2 earnings ranging from $105,000-$125,000, with the ability to earn more. The role involves selling digital marketing solutions, including websites, search ads, display ads, reviews & reputation management, social ads, and SEO. Responsibilities include cold calling business owners, prospecting within a territory, setting appointments, conducting needs assessments, growing a book of business, performing virtual and in-person presentations, and building strong client relationships across various industries.

Responsibilities

  • Selling Digital Marketing solutions through a partnership selling model
  • Websites, Search Ads, Display Ads, Reviews & Reputation Management, Social Ads, and SEO
  • Cold calling business owners and prospecting within a designated territory to set appointments and conduct strong needs assessments
  • Grow your own book of business by helping small businesses succeed and earn residual commissions for retaining your clients through strong account management
  • Perform virtual and in-person presentations to prospects
  • Build strong client relationships working within a wide variety of industries, making each day different!
