We are currently seeking an experienced Outside Sales Representative for our Los Angeles Region, who is passionate about hunting for new business opportunities in the commercial and B2B sectors. Position Overview We are looking for a highly driven and experienced Outside Sales Representative with Branch Level 2 or 3 certification to spearhead our commercial and B2B sales efforts. The ideal candidate will have a strong hunter's mentality with a relentless drive to seek out new business, build strong relationships, and expand our market presence.

Requirements

  • Previous sales experience required.
  • Proven expertise and understanding of pest control regulations and practices.
  • Excellent communication skills, friendliness and ability to build rapport with potential customers required.
  • Highly motivated, results-oriented, and able to work independently.
  • Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, goal-driven environment.
  • Must possess ability to learn and communicate technical, industry-related data pertaining to the services to be sold.
  • High School diploma or GED required.
  • Ability to perform the essential job functions, including meeting qualitative and/or quantitative productivity standards safely and successfully.
  • Regular and punctual attendance.
  • Must be able to talk, listen, and speak clearly to build relationships and promote excellent customer service.
  • High school diploma or equivalent.
  • Previous experience in outside sales, field sales, or a related customer-facing role.
  • Strong communication, negotiation, and closing skills.
  • Ability to work independently with a self-motivated, results-driven mindset.
  • Ability to work flexible hours, including evenings and weekends, as needed.
  • Must possess valid Driver’s license and meet company driving standards.

Nice To Haves

  • Pest control industry experience preferred but not required (training provided).
  • Have or obtain a Branch 2 and 3 Structural Pest Control Board License within the first 90 days of service.
  • Associate or bachelor’s degree preferred.
  • Industry licensed in accordance with state regulations.

Responsibilities

  • Effectively present targeted number of sales estimates and offers to potential customers in accordance with current Pricing Matrix.
  • Complete all sales duties, including, but not limited to, Service Agreement Completion, accurate inspections, and follow up on previous estimates.
  • Proactively seek and secure new commercial and B2B clients.
  • Utilize industry knowledge and sales skills to generate leads, conduct outreach, and close deals.
  • Create and implement strategic plans to target key markets and achieve sales objectives.
  • Continuously evaluate and refine strategies to maximize success.
  • Build and maintain strong, long-term relationships with clients.
  • Understand client needs and provide tailored pest control solutions that align with their business objectives.
  • Stay abreast of industry trends, competitor activities, and market demands.
  • Leverage market information to identify opportunities and position services effectively.
  • Track and report on sales activities, client interactions, and pipeline progress.
  • Provide accurate forecasts and updates to management.
  • Maintain a comprehensive understanding of pest control products and services.
  • Educate clients on offerings and demonstrate how they meet their specific needs.
  • Maintain compliance with all company policies and procedures.
  • Perform other duties as assigned.
