About The Position

Hibu is seeking an Outside Sales Representative looking for an opportunity with unlimited earning potential in a flourishing industry. This role offers uncapped commissions, a base salary, and full benefits. Hibu provides best-in-class training to help you succeed and grow your career. Year 1 on-target earnings are estimated between $93,000-$113,000, with the potential to earn more through uncapped commissions and monthly bonuses. Year 2 on-target earnings are estimated between $125,000-$144,000, also with the potential for additional earnings through uncapped commissions and monthly bonuses. Responsibilities

Selling Digital Marketing solutions through a partnership selling model (Websites, Search Ads, Display Ads, Reviews & Reputation Management, Social Ads, and SEO)
Cold calling business owners and prospecting within a designated territory to set appointments and conduct strong needs assessments
Grow your own book of business by helping small businesses succeed and earn residual commissions for retaining your clients through strong account management
Perform virtual and in-person presentations to prospects
Build strong client relationships working within a wide variety of industries, making each day different!
