About The Position

Outside sales positions communicate with Customers and leads to identify and suggest product needs by demonstrating the functions of the products to meet their needs.

Requirements

  • High School Diploma or equivalent
  • Previous sales experience
  • Ability to multi-task in a fast-paced environment.
  • Ability to obtain results and comfortable with team-spirited competition.
  • Provides exceptional Customer Service through enthusiasm for the Company and products offered.
  • Ability to maintain regular and consistent attendance.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Strong written and verbal skills, detail oriented and proficient in basic computer skills.
  • Must be able to travel up to 75%.

Responsibilities

  • Builds and maintains a network of sources from which to identify new sales leads.
  • Builds and maintains relationships with current clientele to enhance purchasing targets and encourage repeat business.
  • Communicates with Customers and Leads to identify and understand product or service needs; identify product recommendations to meet those needs.
  • Demonstrates the function of the products to Customers based on their needs.
  • Ensures Customer satisfaction through on-going communication and relationship management; resolves issues that arise post-sale.
  • Maintains communication with existing and previous customers, alerting them of new products, services and enhancements that be of interest.
  • Maintains detailed reports through CRM of sales activities including calls, orders, sales, lost business, and any Customer or vendor relationship problems.
  • Responsible for maintaining territory sales forecasts.
  • Responsible for developing leads to meet sales targets.
