About The Position

Heritage Roofing & Construction is expanding into the Denver market and is seeking motivated, competitive individuals for a high-income outside sales and project coordination opportunity. This role offers paid training, strong mentorship, uncapped commission, and a clear path to leadership. No prior roofing experience is necessary, as the company will provide comprehensive training in the industry, sales process, and project management. The ideal candidate is confident, coachable, enjoys working with people, and desires an income that reflects their effort.

Requirements

• Valid driver's license
• Must have a pickup truck or ability to obtain one within 60 days
• Ability to work outdoors and climb roofs
• Ability to complete the required 180-day paid training program in Dallas, TX
• Strong communication skills
• Positive attitude and willingness to be coached

Responsibilities

• Meet with homeowners in storm-affected neighborhoods
• Generate new business through face-to-face outreach
• Perform roof and property inspections for storm damage
• Take photos and document potential damage
• Educate homeowners on the insurance restoration process
• Meet with insurance adjusters when needed
• Help homeowners navigate their roofing project
• Coordinate projects from initial inspection through completion
• Build relationships and generate referrals
• Provide an exceptional customer experience
