About The Position

Window Nation is growing fast and seeking to hire an Outside Sales Representative to join their high-energy team. This role involves conducting in-home sales presentations of home improvement-related products and services, presenting professionally, demonstrating knowledge of the company's offerings, and ensuring the best possible sales/post-sales customer experience. The company is hiring immediately in North Virginia, specifically encouraging applications from Fairfax, Alexandria, Herndon, and nearby areas.

Requirements

High school diploma or equivalent
1+ years of customer-facing sales experience
Valid driver’s license and auto insurance
Ability to work a flexible schedule, including evenings and one or both weekend days, based on customer demand and business needs.

Nice To Haves

Comfortable using iPad-based applications

Responsibilities

Conduct in-home sales presentations of extensive array of home improvement-related products and services.
Present industry-leading home improvement products with professionalism and integrity.
Actively listen to customer needs and recommend tailored solutions.
Build relationships that lead to sales and repeat business.
Deliver an exceptional experience from first meeting to post-sale follow-up.
Deliver engaging presentations, provide written estimates, and complete documentation.
Maintain accurate CRM records and guide customers through financing and next steps.
