About The Position
Home Genius Exteriors is seeking driven, competitive individuals to build a six-figure career with unlimited earning potential as a full-time, W-2 Outside Sales Representative. This role involves meeting with pre-qualified homeowners, delivering in-home presentations, recommending solutions, and closing high-ticket sales. The average first-year earnings are between $150K-$200K with uncapped commissions and bonuses, and top performers earn over $300K. This position offers a hybrid work schedule in Allentown, PA.
Requirements
- Sales experience preferred, not required
- Valid driver's license and reliable vehicle required (Drive times 30-90 minutes from home)
- Strong communication and relationship-building skills
- Self-motivated with a competitive mindset
- Weekend availability (6 days/week)

Responsibilities
- Meet with 2 to 3 qualified customers daily
- Inspect homes and recommend roofing, siding, windows, gutters, and doors
- Present financing options and close sales
- Build lasting customer relationships
- Participate in ongoing sales training
