No roofing or sales experience? No problem. We provide paid training, mentorship, and a proven system to help you succeed. Requirements

• Valid driver's license
• Pickup truck (or ability to obtain one within 60 days)
• Ability to complete the required 90-day paid training program in Dallas, TX

Responsibilities

• Meet with homeowners in storm-affected neighborhoods
• Perform exterior property and roof inspections
• Educate homeowners on the storm restoration and insurance process
• Manage roofing restoration projects from start to finish
• Build lasting customer relationships and generate referrals
• Deliver exceptional customer service throughout every project
