About The Position

This Outside Sales position offers unlimited earning potential in a flourishing industry with uncapped commissions, a base salary, and full benefits. Hibu provides best-in-class training to help you succeed and grow your career. Year 1 on-target earnings are between $85,000-$95,000, with the potential to earn more through uncapped commissions and monthly bonuses. Year 2 on-target earnings are projected to be between $100,000-$115,000.

Responsibilities

Selling Digital Marketing solutions through a partnership selling model including Websites, Search Ads, Display Ads, Reviews & Reputation Management, Social Ads, and SEO.
Cold calling business owners and prospecting within a designated territory to set appointments and conduct strong needs assessments.
Growing your own book of business by helping small businesses succeed and earning residual commissions for retaining clients through strong account management.
Performing virtual and in-person presentations to prospects.
Building strong client relationships working within a wide variety of industries.
