About The Position
CAM Resources is expanding nationwide and looking for driven salespeople and entrepreneurs who want more than a traditional hourly or salary position. This is an opportunity to become a Growth Partner with an established commercial cleaning and facility-services company and build a recurring book of business in your local market. You bring in the business, and CAM Resources handles the fulfillment, cleaners, insurance, billing, proposals, operations, and back-office support. You focus on growing your market. This opportunity is different because most sales jobs pay you once, but with CAM Resources, you can earn recurring compensation from qualifying accounts you help bring in and maintain. The accounts you build can continue producing income month after month, and the more business you build, the larger your recurring income can become. - Work your local market and connect with apartment communities, property management companies, HOAs, commercial buildings, offices, retail centers, facility managers, and other businesses that purchase commercial cleaning and facility services.
- Get in front of decision-makers.
- Introduce CAM Resources.
- Schedule walkthroughs.
- Develop relationships.
- Help close new accounts.
- Maintain relationships with customers you bring in.
