About The Position

TEC is a full-service roofing, siding, and gutters company seeking energetic Outside Sales Representatives. This role involves being the face of TEC to the customer, conducting roof inspections, identifying opportunities, closing sales, and ensuring projects are carried out with technical expertise. No prior experience is necessary as the company provides training and support.

Requirements

High school diploma or general education degree (GED)
Ability to get on roofs.
Ability to travel overnight, when needed.
Valid driver’s license.
Must be able to occasionally lift up to 80 pounds.

Responsibilities

Promote TEC’s services and products to potential customers and communicate effectively through the project lifecycle.
Develop and maintain customer relationships by using a combination of office leads, cold calling, and referrals.
Overcome technical and business objections of prospective customers.
Understand and communicate information regarding company products, services, and policies and procedures to new and existing customers.
Oversee teams on projects and installations to ensure quality of work is up to TEC’s quality standards.
Get on roofs to inspect for damage along with looking for damage around siding and gutters.
Travel daily in assigned territory to meet with customers.
