About The Position

Rolling Suds Power Washing provides top-tier power washing services to commercial and industrial clients. Our Outside Sales Representatives are responsible for driving commercial growth by building relationships with property decision-makers and delivering high-value cleaning solutions. This is a salaried role and high performers will earn significant performance-based bonuses & commissions. This is a field-based role for someone who enjoys being out in the market, meeting decision-makers in person, building long-term commercial relationships, and landing big deals.

Requirements

  • Proven experience with cold calling, prospecting, or business development.
  • Valid driver’s license with a clean driving record.
  • Ability to transport sales materials and equipment (up to 50 lbs).
  • Comfortable working independently in a field-based role and diligently tracking activity in a CRM.

Nice To Haves

  • Experience in outside B2B sales, particularly in service-based or local markets.
  • Background in property management, facilities, construction, or building services is a plus.
  • Bachelor’s degree preferred, but not required.

Responsibilities

  • Develop and execute a strategic sales plan targeting commercial and B2B accounts.
  • Proactively generate new business through cold outreach, in-person visits, and relationship building.
  • Build relationships with property managers, commercial building owners, facility managers, and contractors.
  • Conduct regular site visits to identify cleaning needs, upcoming projects, and maintenance opportunities.
  • Attend local networking events, industry meetups, and property management associations.
  • Present customized service solutions, including building washing, concrete cleaning, fleet washing, and recurring maintenance programs.
  • Maintain a strong working knowledge of Rolling Suds’ services and competitive positioning.
  • Represent the company professionally and ethically at all times.
  • Track activity, opportunities, and pipeline updates and communicate progress with sales leadership.
