About The Position
Hibu is seeking an Outside Sales Representative to join their team. This role offers unlimited earning potential in the digital marketing industry, with a base salary, expense allowance, mileage reimbursement, and uncapped commissions and bonuses. The position involves selling digital marketing solutions, including websites, search ads, display ads, reviews & reputation management, social ads, and SEO. Responsibilities include cold calling business owners, prospecting within a designated territory, setting appointments, conducting needs assessments, growing a book of business, and performing virtual and in-person presentations. The role emphasizes building strong client relationships across various industries and offers a clear career path with opportunities for promotion. Hibu provides comprehensive training, including 3 weeks of classroom training and 9 weeks of on-the-job field training, along with ongoing support. The company partners with Google, Amazon, Instagram, Meta, and Microsoft for its digital marketing offerings.

Responsibilities
- Selling Digital Marketing solutions through a partnership selling model
- Websites, Search Ads, Display Ads, Reviews & Reputation Management, Social Ads, and SEO
- Cold calling business owners and prospecting within a designated territory to set appointments and conduct strong needs assessments
- Grow your own book of business by helping small businesses succeed and earn residual commissions for retaining your clients through strong account management
- Perform virtual and in-person presentations to prospects
- Build strong client relationships working within a wide variety of industries, making each day different!
