Responsibilities

  • Prospect, engage, and nurture relationships with B2B distributors and commercial clients to promote TOTO USA’s premium product line in the Alberta market.
  • Educate customers on product features and benefits, effectively positioning TOTO as the preferred choice in the market.
  • Understand client needs, provide tailored solutions, and ensure a high level of satisfaction.
  • Strategically maximize opportunities to achieve and surpass sales goals.
  • Accurately maintain records of client interactions and transactions in our CRM system to track progress and optimize performance.
