About The Position
PURCOR is growing fast and hiring Outside Sales Representatives who want to earn big, move fast, and grow their careers. This role offers the opportunity to take control of your income in a high-demand industry. The position provides a base salary plus uncapped commission, a company vehicle, gas card, benefits, PTO, and team support. Requirements
- Valid driver’s license with 5+ years of driving experience
- Ability to pass background check and drug screening
- Strong communication and closing skills
- Self-motivated with a hunter mentality
- Comfortable working independently in a field-based role
Nice To Haves
- Previous outside sales or commission-based experience
- Experience in home services, pest control, or route-based industries
Responsibilities
- Generate new business through prospecting, referrals, and territory development
- Conduct property inspections and identify pest control needs
- Build and present customized service proposals to homeowners and businesses
- Close deals and own the full sales cycle from lead to service start
- Upsell additional services to maximize customer value and your commission
- Follow up on leads quickly and consistently to win business
- Partner with operations to ensure smooth service delivery and customer satisfaction
