This is an exciting opportunity for a motivated sales professional to grow business by building lasting relationships with new customers while managing and expanding accounts throughout the Austin market. Requirements

  • 2+ years of sales experience preferred; related industry experience is a plus.
  • Success in a fast-paced, goal-oriented environment.
  • Strong presentation, communication, and relationship-building skills.
  • Comfort working in the field and meeting customers in person.
  • Proficiency with CRM software and Microsoft Office tools.
  • Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation.

Responsibilities

  • Proactively identify and develop new business opportunities in the Austin area and surrounding markets.
  • Build, manage, and expand a portfolio of existing accounts.
  • Conduct site visits and assess customers’ needs to recommend the right air filtration products and solutions.
  • Develop and deliver sales presentations, quotes, and proposals aligned with customer goals.
  • Maintain a strong pipeline through consistent prospecting by phone, email, and in-person meetings.
  • Collaborate with internal teams to support excellent customer service and long-term account success.
  • Attend client meetings, trade shows, sales summits, and industry-related activities as needed.
  • Maintain accurate pipeline, activity, contact, and calendar records in CRM and related systems.
  • Participate in training, team meetings, and ongoing learning opportunities.
