About The Position

Hibu is seeking an Outside Sales Representative with unlimited earning potential in a flourishing industry. This role offers uncapped commissions, a base salary, and full benefits. We provide best-in-class training to help you succeed and grow your career. Year 1 on-target earnings are between $110,000-$120,000, with the potential to earn more through uncapped commissions and monthly bonuses. Year 2 on-target earnings are projected between $120,000-$140,000. We offer a base salary of $65,000, an expense allowance, mileage reimbursement, and recognition/incentives including an annual President’s Club Trip. There is a clear career path in both leadership and sales with high potential for promotions. The role includes 3 weeks of classroom training followed by 9 weeks of field training, with ongoing company-wide support. Responsibilities

  • Selling Digital Marketing solutions through a partnership selling model
  • Selling Websites, Search Ads, Display Ads, Reviews & Reputation Management, Social Ads, and SEO
  • Cold calling business owners and prospecting within a designated territory to set appointments and conduct strong needs assessments
  • Grow your own book of business by helping small businesses succeed and earn residual commissions for retaining your clients through strong account management
  • Perform virtual and in-person presentations to prospects
  • Build strong client relationships working within a wide variety of industries, making each day different!
