About The Position

This role is ideal for a motivated, organized professional who thrives in a customer facing environment and takes pride in delivering solutions that truly help homeowners. You will assess sewer and drain conditions using specialized equipment, identify issues, and present clear, effective solutions tailored to each customer's needs. You will build trust through strong communication, guide customers through the buying process, and create accurate proposals that transition seamlessly to our fulfillment teams. Success in this role requires strong organization, clear communication with customers and internal teams, attention to detail, and a commitment to safety, teamwork, and continuous improvement.

Requirements

  • Sales experience
  • Drive to earn $100K+ and grow your income based on performance
  • Valid driver's license with a clean, insurable driving record
  • Strong computer skills
  • Candidates must be able to pass a drug and background test (honesty policy is appreciated) and have an insurable driver's record.

Nice To Haves

  • Plumbing experience preferred, not required
  • Ability to inspire and motivate growth in others

Responsibilities

  • Use camera equipment to assess line conditions
  • Use cable / snake equipment to clear sewer and drain lines
  • Use line locating equipment for accurate mapping of Sanitary, Storm, and Water line systems
  • Listen to the needs of our customers, assess, and create solutions to meet their needs and wants
  • Create proposals that are accurate, complete, and easily transferred to our Fulfillment/ service teams
  • Establish customer rapport to build relationships with our customers and support them through the buying process
  • Learn and understand city requirements, permits, and regulations
  • Partner with our install team, and our customer experience teams to ensure overall success
  • Be organized, motivated, flexible, and a team player
  • Ability to communicate with customers in a clear, confident manner throughout the entire experience so that they are aware of what is going on inside their home/business
  • Ability to adjust your communications to provide the best customer experience possible
  • Ability to create detailed job notes in the customer's account for future reference
  • Ability to both teach and learn by sharing thoughts/experiences with your coworkers in meetings and in one-to-one interactions
  • Willingness to try new ideas and recommend process improvements to your manager with the objective of improving efficiency/effectiveness
