About The Position
Garcia Roofing is hiring Outside Sales Representatives to handle residential roof repair and replacement sales. This position combines a base salary with commission and is intended for individuals who want steady income while building long-term earning potential through performance. Compensation includes a base salary, commission, and a $500/month vehicle allowance for using an approved personal vehicle. Selling one average roof per week typically results in $70K–$80K annually, with top performers earning $100K–$150K+.
Requirements
- Comfortable climbing roofs and working outdoors
- Strong communication skills and professional appearance
- Ability to manage time, appointments, and follow-ups independently
- Valid driver’s license and clean driving record
- All offers are contingent on a successful background check and drug screening.

- Sales or construction experience preferred but not required
Responsibilities
- Inspect residential roofs and identify repair or replacement needs
- Measure roofs and prepare estimates using company systems
- Meet with homeowners to explain scope of work, pricing, and project expectations
- Project manage jobs you sell, serving as the primary point of contact for customers through completion
- Assist with operational needs during off seasons, including (but not limited to) project management support, material coordination, and jobsite assistance as needed
- Perform door-to-door canvassing during off periods to generate leads
- Maintain accurate notes, updates, and documentation in the CRM
