About The Position
Southern Industries Home Improvement is excited to announce the opening of our NEW Tricities location and is seeking driven, confident, customer-focused sales professionals to help launch and grow this new market. The company is making a significant investment in advertising to generate homeowner demand and drive qualified leads, meaning more leads, appointments, and earning opportunities for sales professionals. This role involves meeting with qualified, preset appointments from homeowners who have already expressed interest in home improvement. The focus is on connecting with homeowners, understanding their needs, presenting solutions, and closing sales. Southern Industries has been helping homeowners with remodeling for over 50 years and is a family-owned company committed to building lasting relationships. This is an opportunity to join a new market on the ground floor and grow with the company.
Requirements
- Strong communication, presentation, and closing skills
- Positive, competitive, goal-driven mindset
- Confidence working directly with homeowners
- Coachable attitude and desire to grow
- Strong customer service and relationship-building skills
- Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation
- Ability to lift up to 50 lbs. and perform occasional bending/kneeling
- Reliable, professional, and team-focused
Nice To Haves
- Home improvement or in-home sales experience is a plus
Responsibilities
- Conduct professional in-home sales presentations with qualified, preset appointments
- Meet with homeowners to understand their home improvement needs, goals, and budget
- Present products and solutions tailored to each homeowner
- Deliver engaging product demonstrations
- Build trust and establish strong customer relationships
- Answer questions and confidently overcome objections
- Guide homeowners through the decision-making process
- Close sales and consistently achieve individual and team goals
- Represent Southern Industries with professionalism, integrity, and enthusiasm
