Requirements

High school diploma or GED.
Valid US driving license and a clean driving record.
Physically able to perform an inspection of residential and commercial structures including climbing into attics, basements, and crawl spaces.
Willing to work some Saturdays.
Pass a drug test and background check.

Nice To Haves

Experience in residential or commercial sales is preferred but not necessary.
Pest control or Construction background is a plus but not required.

Responsibilities

Provide the highest quality in-home inspections.
Deliver customized presentations of services.
Perform inspections of residential and commercial structures including climbing into attics, basements, and crawl spaces.
