Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Engineering, or a related field
  • 2+ years of related experience in the autonomous robotics, commercial landscape, golf industry, or outdoor power equipment (OPE) industry.
  • Exceptional verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to articulate complex concepts to diverse stakeholders and build high-level customer relationships.
  • Proficiency in leveraging CRM systems (HubSpot), Google Workspace, and Microsoft Office to drive data-informed decisions and operational efficiency.
  • Native or professional fluency in both English is mandatory.

Nice To Haves

  • Mandarin and any second language will be an advantage.
  • Golf, commercial landscape, and autonomous robotics mowing experience is highly preferred.

Responsibilities

  • Develop new prospects and interact with assigned customers to increase sales and margin of the company's products and/or services.
  • Focus on face-to-face selling and account management activities to meet sales revenue goals by assessing customer needs and suggesting appropriate products, services and/or solutions to ensure a smooth sales process.
  • Engage with all levels of the customers’ organizations including technical, operations, and management.
  • Develop and deliver sales bids, presentations, proposals and/or product demonstrations.
  • Build and scale dealer and customer acquisition strategies within the assigned territory, working directly in the field to deliver best-in-class performance.
  • Identify opportunities and close deals.
  • Manage the full sales cycle—from prospecting and initial outreach to conversion and long-term retention.
  • Optimize the sales funnel through disciplined activity, structured testing of sales approaches, and consistent follow-up.
  • Act as a senior consultant to external partners, helping them unlock incremental growth through high-tech solutions.
  • Meet and exceed monthly and quarterly sales targets.
