Outside Sales Representative - Covington / Mandeville, LA ATTN SALESPEOPLE Watkins Construction & Roofing is hiring sales reps for the Covington / Mandeville, LA Market. Requirements

Proven successful sales experience
Ability to lift up to 35 lbs.
Established network of leads
Excellent verbal and written communication skills
Physically capable of climbing on a roof

Responsibilities

Develop a yearly sales strategy by analyzing the market and competitive trends and making comprehensive recommendations
Generate and follow up on sales leads, assess customer needs, and demonstrate products/services to customers
Schedule and attend sales meetings with potential clients and maintain a record of all sales activities in the CRM system
Build strong customer relationships by providing prompt and courteous customer service
Monitor customer feedback and use it to improve and innovate products/services to meet customer demands
