About The Position

The Outside Sales Representative will be responsible for generating new business and managing relationships with existing customers within an assigned territory. This role will focus on selling a wide range of products, including welders, frame racks, lifts, rivet guns, and ADAS systems. The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of automotive repair processes, hands-on experience, or sales experience in the industry, and a proven ability to manage customer relationships using CRM software.

Requirements

Minimum of 5 years of experience in sales or hands-on experience in the automotive repair industry.
Strong understanding of automotive repair equipment, particularly welders, frame racks, lifts, rivet guns, and ADAS systems.
Proven track record of achieving or exceeding sales targets in a B2B environment.
Ability to explain complex technical products and solutions to a non-technical audience.
Proficiency in using CRM software to manage leads, sales activities, and customer relationships.
Excellent interpersonal, communication, and presentation skills.
Ability to work independently with a strong sense of initiative and time management.
Willingness to travel frequently within the assigned territory, as well as occasional travel for trade shows and industry events.

Nice To Haves

Previous experience selling automotive repair equipment is highly desirable.
Strong network and relationships within the automotive repair industry.
Knowledge of industry regulations and trends related to ADAS calibration systems.
