About The Position

Hibu is seeking an Outside Sales Representative to join their team. This role offers unlimited earning potential in a flourishing industry with uncapped commissions, a base salary, and full benefits. The company provides best-in-class training to help individuals succeed and grow their careers in sales. Year 1 on-target earnings are projected between $90,000-$100,000, with the potential to earn more through uncapped commissions and monthly bonuses. Year 2 on-target earnings are expected to be between $100,000-$120,000. The position involves selling Digital Marketing solutions through a partnership selling model, including Websites, Search Ads, Display Ads, Reviews & Reputation Management, Social Ads, and SEO. Responsibilities include cold calling business owners, prospecting within a designated territory, setting appointments, conducting needs assessments, growing a book of business, earning residual commissions, and performing virtual and in-person presentations. The role requires building strong client relationships across various industries, making each day different.

Responsibilities

Selling Digital Marketing solutions through a partnership selling model (Websites, Search Ads, Display Ads, Reviews & Reputation Management, Social Ads, and SEO)
Cold calling business owners and prospecting within a designated territory to set appointments and conduct strong needs assessments
Grow your own book of business by helping small businesses succeed and earn residual commissions for retaining your clients through strong account management
Perform virtual and in-person presentations to prospects
Build strong client relationships working within a wide variety of industries, making each day different!
