About The Position

Euro Architectural Components, a division of Richelieu Hardware, is looking for a VERY MOTIVATED OUTSIDE SALES REPRESENTATIVE – WESTERN ONTARIO. As an Outside Sales Representative, you will play a key role in business development and growth by developing and maintaining strong customer relationships, identifying customer needs and new opportunities, and providing product information and training as needed to drive revenue growth. The role involves approximately 80% travel within the assigned territory and 20% in the office.

Requirements

2+ years experience in a similar or related position
Strong communication and organizational skills
Ability to build and maintain customer relationships
Knowledge of geographic territory area

Nice To Haves

Experience in a technical sales or construction material sales environment
Experience in glazing sales or installation
Highly motivated and driven individual who enjoys travelling
Ability to understand customer business needs
Lives in Kitchener/Waterloo area or surroundings
Experience using AS400 and High Gear

Responsibilities

Visit existing and prospective customers
Prospect/Identify and engage new opportunities within assigned territory
Prepare orders and quotes
Promote products and provide training as needed
Track and update sales reporting documents
Coordinate with internal customer service, product development and marketing teams to ensure customer satisfaction
