About The Position

Hibu is seeking an Outside Sales Representative looking for an opportunity with unlimited earning potential in a flourishing industry. This role offers uncapped commissions, a base salary, and full benefits. Hibu provides best-in-class training to help you succeed and grow your career. Year 1 on-target earnings are projected between $90,000-$110,000, with potential for more through uncapped commissions and monthly bonuses. Year 2 on-target earnings are projected between $132,000-$152,000, with further potential through uncapped commissions and monthly bonuses. Responsibilities

• Selling Digital Marketing solutions through a partnership selling model (Websites, Search Ads, Display Ads, Reviews & Reputation Management, Social Ads, and SEO)
• Cold calling business owners and prospecting within a designated territory to set appointments and conduct strong needs assessments
• Grow your own book of business by helping small businesses succeed and earn residual commissions for retaining your clients through strong account management
• Perform virtual and in-person presentations to prospects
• Build strong client relationships working within a wide variety of industries, making each day different!
