Requirements
- Valid driver's license
- Physical ability to be on your feet and maneuver in crawl spaces in various weather conditions
- Customer service experience
- Knowledge of principles and methods for showing, promoting, and selling products or services
- Basic math skills

Responsibilities
- Meet new clients and work on prospective business deals.
- Keep appointments as scheduled and perform prompt follow-up.
- Build strong rapport and network with potential residential customers.
- Survey, estimate, and counsel clients on their pest control options.
- Perform home evaluations, which may involve crawling into tight spaces like attics and assessing damage.
- Offer solutions, recommend appropriate services, and explain associated benefits honestly, clearly, and accurately.
- Utilize a trained sales process to achieve success.
- Conduct inspections and gain new customers.
