Requirements

  • High school diploma or equivalent required
  • Strong communication and relationship-building skills
  • Basic understanding of sales or customer service principles
  • Comfortable using Microsoft Office, email, and CRM tools
  • Ability to work independently and collaboratively
  • Motivated, goal-oriented, and driven to succeed
  • Positive attitude with a strong work ethic
  • Resilient and comfortable handling rejection
  • Eager to learn and grow in a sales career

Responsibilities

  • Generate new business opportunities and build a strong sales pipeline
  • Develop and maintain long-term client relationships
  • Assess client needs and identify opportunities for improvement
  • Present customized business solutions and proposals
  • Conduct engaging, consultative sales presentations
  • Manage accounts and provide ongoing post-sale support
  • Expand opportunities within existing client accounts
