Requirements
- Strong communication, presentation, and closing skills.
- Positive, competitive, goal driven mindset; coachable and growth oriented.
- Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation.
- Able to lift up to 50 lbs and perform occasional bending/kneeling as needed.
- Availability during listed hours; reliable, team focused collaborator.
Responsibilities
- Conduct in home sales presentations with qualified, preset appointments.
- Lead engaging product demos; tailor solutions to homeowner needs.
- Meet and exceed individual and team sales goals.
- Build trust and long term customer relationships.
- Represent the brand with professionalism, integrity, and enthusiasm.
- Turn preset, prequalified leads into high value sales by delivering consultative, in home presentations.
- No cold calling, focus on connecting with homeowners, demonstrating products, and closing with confidence.
