About The Position

Kolache Factory is looking for an energetic, relationship-driven Outside Sales Representative to help grow our B2B catering business. This role is ideal for someone who genuinely enjoys meeting new people, building business relationships, and turning conversations into long-term customer partnerships. The right person will actively seek out new catering opportunities with offices, schools, churches, medical offices, dealerships, banks, real estate offices, construction companies, and other local businesses. We are looking for someone self-motivated, organized, and able to follow a structured sales plan while staying accountable to daily outreach, follow-up, and measurable sales goals. Food industry, catering, restaurant, or hospitality sales experience is preferred.

Requirements

  • 2+ years of outside sales experience preferred
  • Food, restaurant, catering, hospitality, or food service experience strongly preferred
  • Natural ability to build trust and maintain long-term customer relationships
  • Excellent communication and customer service skills
  • Strong organization, follow-up, and time-management skills
  • Comfortable prospecting, networking, and visiting businesses in person
  • Ability to work independently while following company direction, reporting activity, and meeting sales goals
  • Willingness to travel locally, with possible future travel up to 10%

Responsibilities

  • Prospect and visit potential B2B catering customers within assigned territories
  • Build relationships with offices, schools, churches, medical offices, dealerships, banks, real estate offices, construction companies, and other local businesses
  • Present Kolache Factory catering options with confidence and professionalism
  • Generate new leads through cold calls, in-person visits, networking, referrals, and local business events
  • Promote catering programs and convert prospects into repeat customers
  • Maintain strong relationships with existing B2B customers
  • Follow up consistently to grow recurring orders and customer loyalty
  • Work with store teams and leadership to support customer needs and ensure excellent execution
  • Track daily activity, opportunities, follow-ups, and sales results
  • Stay aware of local business activity and catering opportunities within assigned markets
