About The Position

We are seeking ambitious and competitive individuals aiming to establish a six-figure career with substantial earning potential. This role involves meeting with pre-qualified homeowners, conducting in-home presentations, proposing solutions, and finalizing high-value sales. The position offers a hybrid work schedule in Columbia, SC, with average first-year earnings ranging from $150K-$200K, featuring uncapped commissions and bonuses. Top performers can earn over $300K.

Requirements

• Sales experience preferred, not required
• Valid driver's license and reliable vehicle required (Drive times 30-90 minutes from home)
• Strong communication and relationship-building skills
• Self-motivated with a competitive mindset
• Weekend availability (6 days/week)
• Industry experience is a plus

Responsibilities

• Meet with 2 to 3 qualified customers daily
• Inspect homes and recommend roofing, siding, windows, gutters, and doors
• Present financing options and close sales
• Build lasting customer relationships
• Participate in ongoing sales training
